Jupiter Island is among the most private and exclusive addresses in America, a secluded barrier island of gated estates, where discretion is prized above all. For ninety years, Ira Walden & Sons has been the kind of firm the finest homes rely upon: known, proven, and quietly excellent.
The estates of Jupiter Island are built for seclusion set back behind landscaping and gates, many running from the ocean to the Intracoastal, prized for the privacy they afford.
Homeowners here do not choose a contractor from a search; they choose one who is known and trusted, whose reputation precedes them, and who understands the discretion these homes require.
That is precisely the position we have earned over ninety years in South Florida.
An approach suited to distinctive residences where privacy, professionalism, and careful execution matter.
Generations of experience inform the preparation, products, techniques, and finishing details behind every project.
A quiet, professional approach that respects the home, household, and privacy of every client.
The island’s residences are as varied as they are refined, British West Indies and Bermuda-style homes, Mediterranean estates, and contemporary retreats, each custom-built and exposed to the demands of oceanfront life.
We bring to every one the finishes, products, and craftsmanship that estates of this caliber require, inside and out, with careful attention to the coastal environment they stand in.
